Mark Horgan

Mark Horgan is a General Partner and Advisor at Atlantic Bridge, a global deep tech investment firm based in Dublin, Ireland. He co-founded the firm and served as its Managing Partner and Chief Financial Officer for 22 years, helping grow its assets under management to over €1.2 billion across eight funds, including the recent €260 million Fund IV. During his tenure, the firm backed 120 portfolio companies and achieved notable exits, including the acquisitions of Movidius by Intel and Decawave by Qorvo. Before establishing Atlantic Bridge, he founded and served as Chief Executive Officer of Mentor Capital in 2001, directing seed and early-stage technology investments across the region. Horgan currently focuses on advising early-stage deep technology startups in the artificial intelligence, semiconductor, cybersecurity, and enterprise software sectors as they scale from European to global markets.
