Mark Hawkins

Mark Hawkins is a Venture Partner at New Enterprise Associates (NEA) based in Menlo Park, California, where he focuses on technology investments across multiple stages. Prior to joining the firm in July 2023, he spent over 35 years leading corporate finance organizations, most notably serving as President and Chief Financial Officer of Salesforce from 2014 to 2021. His previous executive tenure includes roles as CFO and Executive Vice President at Autodesk, CFO at Logitech International, and Vice President of Finance at Dell Technologies. Hawkins currently serves on the public boards of Cloudflare, Workday, and Toast, and holds an operating partner position at BDT & MSD Partners. Educated at Michigan State University, the University of Colorado, and Harvard Business School, his current focus centers on guiding financial operations and scaling strategies for growth-stage technology companies.
