Mark Hatfield

Mark Hatfield is a Founding Partner at Ten Eleven Ventures, an investment firm based in Boston, Massachusetts. He co-founded the organization in 2014 and has accumulated over two decades of professional experience across venture capital, information technology, and enterprise security investing. Prior to establishing Ten Eleven Ventures, Hatfield served as a partner at both Fairhaven Capital and Motorola Ventures, where he directed capital toward emerging technology startups. His historical investment portfolio features prominent cybersecurity entities, including early backing for Darktrace, Cylance, Vulcan, and Trust Digital, the latter of which was subsequently acquired by McAfee. Additionally, he has held corporate board positions at Co3 Systems and Digital Guardian to provide strategic governance for scaling operations.
