Mark Goodman

Mark Goodman is a Managing Partner at MassMutual Ventures, where he focuses on early-stage investments in the cybersecurity, data analytics, and fintech sectors. He brings over 20 years of venture capital experience to the firm, having begun his investment career in 2004 before joining MassMutual in 2014 to help launch its dedicated venture arm. His historical investment portfolio includes notable cybersecurity and technology companies such as Recorded Future, which was successfully acquired by Insight Partners, and Solebit, which was purchased by Mimecast. Goodman has also backed prominent enterprise startups like Tamr, RiskLens, and CyberGRX, drawing on an academic background that includes an MBA from Northwestern University and a PhD in philosophy from Boston College.
