Mark Dzialga

Mark Dzialga is the Founder and Managing Partner of Brighton Park Capital, a growth equity investment firm. Prior to establishing this firm, he spent over 20 years as a Managing Director at General Atlantic, where he chaired the Investment Committee from 2007 to 2017. Earlier in his career, he served as co-head of the high technology merger group at Goldman Sachs, advising on corporate acquisitions and restructurings. At Brighton Park Capital, he recently led the close of the firm's debut fund, which exceeded $835 million in capital commitments against a $1 billion hard cap. He holds an MBA from Columbia University, where he serves on the advisory board, and has directed investments in companies including Genpact and Aimbridge Hospitality. His current investment focus centers on entrepreneur-led, growth-stage businesses operating across the software, healthcare, and technology-enabled services sectors.
