Mark DeNino

Mark DeNino is a Managing Director at TL Ventures based in Wayne, Pennsylvania. Over a four-decade career, he has served on approximately 50 public and private company boards and founded multiple investment vehicles. His venture capital experience began in 1981 with a biomass startup backed by General Electric, before he joined Fidelity Bank in 1986 to lead corporate finance and establish an early-stage investment fund. DeNino later established EnerTech Capital in 1996 to target energy markets, led the founding investor group for Chicago-based options trading firm Peak6, and launched Penn Mezzanine for mid-Atlantic borrowers generating under $100 million in revenue. He holds a Bachelor of Science from Boston College and an MBA from Harvard University. His current investment focus centers on seed through growth-stage opportunities across the software, communications, financial technology, and business services sectors.
