Mark Boggett

Mark Boggett is the Managing Partner at Seraphim Space, based in London, England, United Kingdom. In this role, he oversees more than $500 million in assets under management and directs investments across a portfolio of over 100 space technology startups, recently leading the $100 million close of Space Fund III in 2024. Before joining the firm, Boggett served as Managing Director at the UK Space Agency and founded the satellite startup SSTL, which he sold to Airbus in 2008. He holds a Master of Arts in Engineering from the University of Cambridge and began his early career in software engineering and management consulting. Appointed to the UK Space Sector Council in March 2025, his current professional focus remains on advancing the commercial New Space economy through strategic investments in deep tech and satellite systems.
