Mario Aoun

Mario Aoun is an Angel Investor at eSeed Tarahum based in Beirut, Lebanon. As an experienced entrepreneur and venture builder, he has co-founded several early-stage technology ventures and currently focuses on seed-stage investments across the Middle East and North Africa. Through eSeed Tarahum, Aoun has built a portfolio of over 20 investments, recently participating in 2024 funding rounds for regional artificial intelligence and education technology startups. His broader involvement in the Arab technology ecosystem includes associations with prominent regional entities such as Flat6Labs, Middle East Venture Partners (MEVP), Wamda Capital, and the Lebanon Renaissance Foundation. In mid-2025, he expanded his scope by accepting advisory roles for emerging venture capital funds in Lebanon. Aoun's primary current focus remains on providing capital and mentorship to early-stage software, fintech, and digital services companies navigating the MENA startup landscape.
