Marina Hadjipateras

Marina Hadjipateras is the Co-Founder and General Partner at TMV, an early-stage venture capital firm based in New York City. Before launching TMV in 2016, she served as Vice President of Investor Relations at Dorian LPG, where she spearheaded the maritime shipping company's internal restructuring and its subsequent $135 million initial public offering on the New York Stock Exchange in 2014. A graduate of Georgetown University, she leveraged her extensive background in the global shipping industry to establish TMV's core investment focus on supply chain, logistics, and sustainability. She also serves as a mentor for the global entrepreneur network Endeavor and previously held strategic leadership roles within the Intertanko Environmental Committee. Hadjipateras currently focuses on deploying capital into early-stage industrial technology startups while utilizing her deep operational expertise to scale innovations across legacy sectors.
