Marie Thompson is currently a Partner at Sequoia Capital based in San Francisco, California, where she focuses on early-stage enterprise software and infrastructure investments. Prior to joining the venture capital firm, she spent seven years at Google as a Senior Product Manager, overseeing the development of three major cloud infrastructure initiatives that generated over $500 million in annual recurring revenue. Thompson began her professional career in investment banking at Goldman Sachs, managing complex mergers and acquisitions for large technology clients across North America.
