Marianne Bulger

Marianne Bulger is a Partner at Drive Capital based in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. With over ten years of experience across the technology ecosystem, she previously spent five years operating as a talent partner and head of platform at two North American venture capital firms and executive search firm True. As an entrepreneur, Bulger founded Prospect, which grew into Canada's largest national startup job board before being acquired by Communitech in 2021. She also helped build a university-based startup accelerator and co-founded the largest technology meetup group in Canada. She holds an honors Bachelor of Arts from Queen's University and a Master of Applied Human Rights from the University of York. Her current focus centers on executive search, talent strategy, and venture capital operations, specifically advising seed to pre-IPO stage enterprise software businesses on their post-investment team expansion.
