Mariana Garza, also known as Mars, is an Analyst at XYZ Venture Capital, where she joined the early team expansion in December 2020. In this capacity, she embeds directly with portfolio companies to support strategic execution alongside colleagues like Chauncey Hamilton and Jean-Claude Dorsainvil.
