Mariana Donangelo

Mariana Donangelo is a Partner at Kaszek Ventures based in New York City, where she focuses on seed, Series A, and growth-stage investments across Latin America. Before joining the firm in 2020, she spent five years as an investor at Accel Partners executing deals in the Latin American market. She also previously worked at Invoice2go and has been a guest lecturer at Reforge since 2019. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from Universidade Federal do Rio de Janeiro and an MBA in Finance from COPPEAD. At Kaszek, which recently raised $1 billion across two funds and has backed over 90 companies including Nubank, she has invested in startups such as Nuvemshop and QuintoAndar. Donangelo maintains a sector-agnostic investment focus on regional technology companies spanning the fintech, e-commerce, and human resources technology sectors.
