Maria Gonzalez-Blanch

Maria Gonzalez-Blanch is a General Partner at Lightspeed Venture Partners based in San Francisco, California. Before joining the firm in March 2024, she served as Vice President of Product at Scale AI, where she helped drive the company to unicorn status, and held operations leadership roles at Palantir Technologies. In her current capacity, she manages a portfolio of more than ten companies and recently led a $1 billion Series F funding round for an artificial intelligence enterprise in the first quarter of 2025. Recognized on the 2023 Forbes 30 Under 30 list for venture capital, she holds an MBA from Stanford GSB and engineering degrees from EPFL and Universidad Pontificia Comillas.
