Margaret Upshur

Margaret Upshur is the Founder and CEO of Mobius Materials, an electronic components marketplace based in Richmond, Virginia. Her company provides a digital platform for manufacturers across the consumer electronics, healthcare, oil and gas, and gaming sectors to trade chips at market prices, addressing an estimated $15 billion in annual component waste. Previously, Upshur led operations at Particle, an electronics firm where she built a 40-person multinational team responsible for launching 170 products and shipping millions of units globally. Before her tenure at Particle, she consulted on manufacturing applications at McKinsey and Company, assisting in the opening of their Kenya office, and earned an engineering degree from Duke University. Supported by an executive team spanning engineering and customer experience, Upshur currently focuses on scaling global supply chain solutions across Asia, Europe, and the Americas to optimize electronics manufacturing.
