Marco Mascorro

Marco Mascorro is a Partner at Andreessen Horowitz based in the San Francisco Bay Area, specializing in artificial intelligence and robotics investments. Before joining the venture capital firm, he co-founded Fellow AI, an enterprise robotics company that deployed autonomous systems like LoweBot for several major commercial retailers. His earlier technical career includes vehicle design engineering at BMW in Munich and serving as an AI and Robotics Teaching Fellow at Singularity University from 2012 to 2014. In his current capacity, Mascorro has led funding rounds for several prominent AI startups, acting as the lead investor for Cursor across its Series A through C rounds, and directing seed investments in Black Forest Labs and Thinking Machines. His primary professional focus remains on supporting founders who are building large-scale artificial intelligence models, reinforcement learning systems, and software infrastructure.
