Marco Flavio

Marco Flavio Cardoso is a Board Member and Partner at Mindset Ventures, based in the São Paulo region of Brazil. In his current role, he focuses on early-stage venture capital investments targeting business-to-business technology startups across the United States and Israel. Prior to joining the venture capital firm, Cardoso served as the Chief Executive Officer and Founder of VIDI, a governance model provider for consumer goods and retailers, a position he held until November 2021. Earlier in his career, he worked as a Director at Nokia, where he managed marketing and sales strategies for the multinational telecommunications company. He holds a bachelor's degree in computer science, completed a marketing specialization at INSEAD, and serves as a mentor at Insper University. Cardoso currently leverages his executive background to identify and support emerging enterprise software, cybersecurity, and financial services technologies.
