Marco Camhaji is the Managing Partner at 14b, an early-stage venture capital firm based in São Paulo, Brazil. He previously served as Managing Partner at Upload Ventures, which he co-founded alongside Rodrigo Baer as a spinout from the SoftBank Latin America Fund. Before establishing these independent entities, Camhaji led the early-stage investment division at SoftBank and held the position of Chief Executive Officer at Adianta. Under his leadership, 14b manages a $108 million inaugural fund anchored by SoftBank and has deployed capital across 22 startups, including BotCity, Digibee, and Medway. The firm was formally established in 2024 following a strategic restructuring of Upload Ventures to eliminate internal conflicts of interest.
