Marcelo Hoffmann

Marcelo Hoffmann is a Founding Partner at ABSeed Ventures, an early-stage venture capital firm based in Sao Paulo, Brazil. Prior to establishing the fund in 2019 alongside co-founders Geraldo Melzer, Felipe Coelho, and Franco Zanette, he managed small and medium business channels at Dell. Through ABSeed Ventures, Hoffmann helped raise $30 million in capital dedicated to supporting emerging software companies operating across the Latin American market. His portfolio activity includes directing capital into OmniK, a technology startup that secured $1.2 million in financing and recorded 200 percent revenue growth in 2023. Recognized in the Leaders League Venture Capital rankings, he also serves as an advisory board member for various regional organizations. Hoffmann currently focuses on identifying early-stage B2B SaaS investments while providing his portfolio companies with direct operational support in sales channels and customer success.
