Marcelo Albuja

Marcelo Albuja is the Co-Founder of FastFarma, a digital pharmacy startup currently based in Quito, Ecuador. The company operates across Latin America, providing prescription medications and consumer healthcare products with a guaranteed best price and a 30-minute delivery window. Under his executive leadership, the healthcare delivery platform successfully secured early-stage venture capital backing from the prominent Silicon Valley startup accelerator Y Combinator to fund its regional expansion. Prior to establishing his current entrepreneurial venture, Albuja served as a Territory Manager for the food delivery platform UberEats, where he directly managed regional business operations, merchant partnerships, and complex logistics networks. Before entering the technology sector, he completed his higher education by earning a Master of Science degree from Columbia University. Albuja currently focuses on scaling digital pharmacy infrastructure and optimizing last-mile healthcare logistics throughout the broader Latin American market.
