Marcel Neutel

Marcel Neutel is a Partner at C4D Partners based in Bandung, Indonesia, where he oversees investment teams operating across various local offices. In this capacity, he is responsible for managing deal structuring, continuous portfolio monitoring, and the strategic consolidation of the firm's global impact investment portfolio. His emerging markets investment experience spans multiple developing regions, specifically including direct on-the-ground operational involvement in Cameroon, the Philippines, and Indonesia. Prior to transitioning into his international investment career, Neutel was involved in establishing several early-stage e-health technology companies within the Netherlands. He holds a Master of Arts in International Economics and Business from the University of Groningen and a Master of Arts in Management Consultancy from Erasmus University Rotterdam. Neutel currently focuses on directing impact-driven venture investments and managing cross-border financial portfolios throughout emerging African and Southeast Asian markets.
