Marc Weinstein

Marc Weinstein is a Partner at Mechanism Capital, where he leads the firm's portfolio development platform for early-stage Web3 startups. In this capacity, he assists founders with revenue generation, raising capital, and token strategies, successfully overseeing the portfolio's expansion from a single initial investment to over 80 companies. Previously, Weinstein served as the first employee and Principal on the ventures team at Wave Financial. During his tenure at Wave Financial, he directed early venture capital investments into prominent blockchain networks, including NEAR Protocol and Skale Labs. Additionally, he spent a year operating as an independent angel investor, backing decentralized technology projects such as Yield Guild Games, Prysm, and Ceramic. Weinstein combines over a decade of broader technology and startup experience with his current focus on scaling Web3 enterprises through strategic partnerships, fundraising, and executive development.
