Marc Papazian

Marc Papazian is the founder of Propolis, an agricultural technology startup currently participating in the Y Combinator W25 batch. Prior to launching this new technology venture, he served as a lead engineer at Palantir Technologies, where he developed his extensive expertise in complex data engineering and enterprise software development. Alongside his formal engineering career in the technology sector, Papazian operates as a self-taught winemaker and an active beekeeper, while also maintaining a strong interest in global geopolitical issues and foreign policy. He established Propolis in early 2025 to address challenges in the agricultural sector by building artificial intelligence-powered software tools specifically designed for commercial beekeeping and large-scale apiculture operations. His current professional focus centers on bridging his advanced software engineering background with his hands-on agricultural experience to modernize data management within the global apiculture industry.
