Marc-Olivier Luecke

Marc-Olivier Luecke is a General Partner and Managing Director at Atlantic Labs, an early-stage venture capital firm based in Berlin, Germany. Since joining the firm in 2014, he has focused on pre-seed and seed investments across climate, artificial intelligence, and European deep technology, helping manage a €110 million fund and €300 million in total assets. His active investment portfolio includes over 150 early-stage startup companies, featuring notable technology ventures such as Choco, Zenjob, Wandelbots, and Vimcar. Before entering the venture capital industry, he worked in the Corporate Finance Task Force at The Boston Consulting Group from 2011 to 2014 and handled global financing at Barclays Capital between 2002 and 2006. Holding a PhD in Finance from the WHU Otto Beisheim School of Management, his current professional focus centers on scaling early-stage industrial and sustainable technology enterprises.
