Marc Merrill is a General Partner at Spark Capital based in San Francisco, California, where he specializes in early stage technology investments from Seed to Series B rounds. Before joining his current firm in March 2024, he served as a Partner at Benchmark from 2018 to 2022 and previously held an investment role at Greylock Partners. Throughout his venture capital career, he has managed more than $500 million in allocated capital across a portfolio of over 20 companies, resulting in five successful exits.
