Manuel Gonzalez is a Partner at AgFunder, where he focuses on expanding the venture capital firm's financial products and growing its assets under management. The global investment firm currently manages over $300 million in assets and supports a diverse portfolio of more than 100 companies operating across the agriculture and food technology sectors. Prior to joining AgFunder, Gonzalez served as the Global Head of Food and Agriculture Startup Innovation at Rabobank. During his extensive tenure at the multinational banking institution, he founded the collaborative agtech platforms FoodBytes! and TERRA, and previously held executive roles as General Manager for both Rabobank West Coast and Rabobank Mexico. Holding a Master of Business Administration, his professional background centers on advancing early-stage startup innovation and investments at the intersection of agrifood, artificial intelligence, biology, and climate technology.
