Manu Gupta

Manu Gupta is the Founder of Blue Lion VC and an early-stage venture capitalist based in the United States. Previously, he served as a Partner and founding team member at Lakestar VC, where he helped grow the European investment firm to over $1 billion in assets under management. During his tenure at Lakestar, the firm backed prominent technology startups including Revolut, Glovo, and GetYourGuide, while Gupta personally served on the corporate boards of Omio and Helpling. Before transitioning to venture capital, he worked as a software coder and product manager at Oracle and Sun Microsystems, and he holds degrees from UC Berkeley and the University of Chicago Booth School of Business. His current venture investment strategy primarily centers on funding early-stage startup opportunities across the rapidly evolving financial technology, property technology, and travel technology sectors.
