Mano Kulasingam

Mano Kulasingam is the Founder and Managing Partner of Flair Ventures, an early-stage venture capital firm. He brings over 18 years of operational experience in the technology sector, previously serving as the Co-founder and Chief Executive Officer of Digiflare before its 2016 merger with Accedo. Following this strategic transaction, Kulasingam became the Senior Vice President of Products at Accedo, where he managed global engineering, product, and marketing teams focused on scaling video streaming solutions. Recognized as a Top 40 Under 40 industry executive in 2015, he also holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the University of Ottawa. Additionally, he serves as an associate mentor at the Creative Destruction Lab in Montreal, advising emerging technology founders. Kulasingam currently focuses on providing strategic support and venture capital to early-stage, immigrant-led startups operating across the supply chain and Web3 sectors.
