Manny Stockman

Manny Stockman is a Managing Partner at Osage University Partners, a Philadelphia-based venture capital firm managing over $800 million across more than 150 investments. He specializes in funding early-stage deep technology startups and university spinouts, directing capital toward breakthrough scientific research in advanced computing, AI infrastructure, materials, and frontier hardware. His extensive portfolio involvement includes holding board director and observer roles at prominent deep technology companies such as IonQ, SiFive, NuMat, and Everactive. Before joining the firm in 2015, Stockman worked as an engineer at Lockheed Martin within its Advanced Technology Laboratories and Skunkworks divisions, focusing on materials, applied physics, and photonics. Today, he bridges academia and industry using his strong technical background, which includes a PhD in Aerospace Engineering and Applied Physics from Princeton University and a BSE in Mechanical Engineering from Duke University.
