Manny Padda

Manny Padda is the Co-Founder and Managing Director of LOI Venture, an early-stage venture capital firm based in Canada. He established the $20 million seed-stage fund in December 2021 alongside Hootsuite co-founder Ryan Holmes to invest in pre-seed and seed opportunities led by entrepreneurs under thirty. The firm operates as an extension of the League of Innovators, an accelerator program that has graduated over 250 businesses with a collective valuation approaching $1 billion. Previously, Padda served as the Founder and Managing Director of New Avenue Capital, a global investment firm where he executed more than 50 investments across eight countries in diverse sectors including education, recruitment, real estate, technology, and mining. His current professional focus centers on providing capital to young Canadian founders building startups across artificial intelligence, financial technology, health, and climate sectors.
