Mani Honigstein

Mani Honigstein is the Co-founder and Managing Partner of Honeystone Ventures, an early-stage micro-venture capital firm based in Palo Alto, California. He established the firm to target software investments by integrating academic research into the diligence process, collaborating closely with Stanford University faculty advisors such as Yossi Feinberg. Under his leadership, the firm has executed 15 total investments and maintains an active portfolio of 11 companies, having recently launched Honeystone Ventures Fund II in May 2024. His recent transaction history includes leading a seed investment in the security startup Multifactor during its $15 million round and participating in a $10 million Series A for Sora Schools in December 2025. Honigstein currently focuses on backing pre-seed and seed-stage software-enabled businesses across the enterprise, data, and artificial intelligence sectors while avoiding hardware and biotechnology ventures.
