Maneesha Ghiya

Maneesha Ghiya is the Founder and Managing Partner of FemHealth Ventures and a Co-Founder and Strategic Advisor at ExSight Ventures. Over a 25-year career in public and private equities, she has invested more than $1 billion across the healthcare sector, holding previous investment roles at JPMorgan Partners, Kingdon Capital, and Highline Capital. Through FemHealth Ventures, she focuses on women's health startups, notably leading a $5 million Series A funding round for BioAesthetics in 2021 and earning recognition among Fierce Pharma's twenty Fiercest Women in Life Sciences. Ghiya earned dual undergraduate degrees summa cum laude from the University of Pennsylvania Wharton School and Engineering program, followed by an MBA from Harvard Business School. Her current focus remains on directing venture capital toward early-stage therapeutics, medical devices, and digital health companies that address critical gaps in women's healthcare and ophthalmology.
