Mandy Nyarko

Mandy Nyarko is a London-based Venture Partner at Ada Ventures, a £30 million seed-stage fund focused on underrepresented founders and overlooked markets. She also serves as the Co-founder of Startup Discovery School, an accelerator where she has coached over 200 startups that have collectively raised more than £15 million in pre-Series A funding and generated £20 million in revenue. An alumna of the Cambridge Institute for Sustainability Leadership, Nyarko advises on policy as a member of the UK Department for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy's SME Engagement Group. Throughout her career building acceleration programs, she has maintained a strong focus on diversity, mentoring a portfolio comprising 70% female founders and 90% ethnic minorities. Her current focus centers on driving early-stage ESG innovation, sustainability, and equitable venture capital distribution across the United Kingdom and Africa.
