Founder and CEO of Novitas Holdings, which invests in and acquires technology businesses. Former co-founder and CEO of Memora Health (W18), a workflow automation platform for health systems. Memora raised over $80M from leading investors such as a16z and GC, and was acquired by Commure in 2024.

Interests range from computational biology to health policy to tech. Prev. worked as a researcher at the CDC and lectured in medical informatics at Penn and Georgia Tech.
