Malachi Boyuls

Malachi Boyuls is the Dallas, Texas-based Managing Partner of St. Augustine Capital Partners LLC and co-founding President of the Amazing Life Foundation. Since establishing St. Augustine Capital Partners in 2012, he has helped invest, advise, and manage nearly $500 million in deep-value assets, working alongside various enterprises ranging from early-stage startups to Fortune 500 corporations. Before transitioning into the venture capital and asset management sectors, Boyuls practiced corporate law at Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher LLP, specializing in complex mergers, commercial litigation, and government investigations. He previously earned his Juris Doctor from New York University, where he served as Editor-in-Chief of the Annual Survey of American Law, and later clerked for federal judges including Supreme Court Justice Samuel Alito. Today, his professional focus centers on bridging deep-value technology investments with faith-based organizational leadership and church management solutions.
