Majid Yazdani

Majid Yazdani is the Co-founder and Chief Executive Officer of Leeroo, an artificial intelligence technology startup. Prior to launching Leeroo, he served as a Staff Scientist at Meta AI and LinkedIn AI, where he focused on developing advanced machine learning models and novel intelligent systems. He subsequently transitioned into executive leadership, holding the position of Vice President at the global educational technology company BYJU's. Yazdani completed his formal academic training in Switzerland, earning a Doctor of Philosophy in machine learning from the École Polytechnique Fédérale de Lausanne (EPFL). During his earlier academic career, he also worked as a dedicated researcher at both the University of Geneva and the Idiap Research Institute. His professional background centers on applying complex algorithmic and statistical methods to advance artificial intelligence capabilities across academic research and commercial enterprise sectors.
