Maja Aursand Andersen

Maja Aursand Andersen is an Investment Manager at Investinor, a state-backed venture capital firm based in Trondheim, Norway. In her current role, she manages capital allocation for early-stage and scale-up technology companies across the Nordic region, overseeing a portion of the firm's 8 billion NOK investment portfolio. Prior to joining Investinor, Andersen developed her financial and analytical expertise as a consultant at Ernst & Young (EY), working closely with institutional investors and corporate clients on strategic advisory projects. She holds a Master of Science degree in Industrial Economics and Technology Management from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU), a premier engineering institution in Scandinavia. Throughout her career, she has collaborated with prominent European co-investors to structure complex equity financing rounds. Andersen currently focuses on sourcing, evaluating, and executing direct investments in high-growth software startups.
