Maia Heymann is the Founder and General Partner of Converge Venture Partners, a Boston-based early-stage venture capital firm providing seed to Series B funding for software-driven B2B technology companies enabling business and industrial automation. With twenty-five years of industry experience, she previously served as President of BancBoston Ventures, managing its $340 million portfolio following a merger with Bank of America. She also worked as a Managing Director at Shott Capital, overseeing a portion of its $2.7 billion in limited partner commitments before its acquisition by Hamilton Lane. Earlier in her career, Heymann operated as a Silicon Valley technology banker, underwriting more than $2.5 billion in structured debt facilities for technology acquisitions. She holds a bachelor's degree from Wellesley College, where she currently serves as a Trustee and chairs the Campus and Finance Committee.
