Magaly Charbonneau

Magaly Charbonneau is currently a Partner at Inovia Capital, where she directs early-stage venture strategy and technology investments. Over her 25-year career in the technology sector, she has held significant operational roles, including serving as Chief Operating Officer at PasswordBox before its acquisition by Intel. Previously, she was the Vice President of Worldwide Sales at Hostopia, which was acquired by Deluxe, and served as an investor and board member at Anomalous Networks prior to its sale to TANGO. In her current capacity, Charbonneau holds board director positions at gaiia, Medeloop, Novisto, and Rewind, while acting as a board observer for Botpress and AlayaCare. Additionally, she advises local tech entrepreneurs and serves on the Government Relations committee for the CVCA. Her professional focus remains centered on leveraging her extensive sales and operational expertise to guide early-stage technology startups today.
