Mads Faurholt

Mads Faurholt is the Managing Partner and Founder of Nova Founders Capital, a venture capital firm and business incubator based in London, United Kingdom. Before establishing the firm in 2012, he served as Global Partner and Managing Director at Rocket Internet and Managing Director for Groupon in Asia, where he managed approximately 3,000 employees. He previously worked as a Management Consultant at McKinsey and Company and earned an MBA from the MIT Sloan School of Management. Through Nova Founders Capital, Faurholt has founded over 30 companies globally and built a portfolio of 20 financial technology and internet businesses, securing a $50 million investment from Richard Li's Pacific Century Group. His current investment and operational focus centers on building sustainable business models within the global financial services sector alongside co-investors such as Goldman Sachs and Alibaba.
