Madhu Shalini Iyer

Madhu Shalini Iyer is currently a Partner at the venture capital firm Rocketship.vc. Previously, she served as the Chief Data Officer at Gojek, where she played a key role in scaling the Southeast Asian platform into a $1 billion unicorn and served on its board. Before her tenure at Gojek, Iyer was a founding team member of Intuit's QuickBooks Lending Platform, helping to grow the financial product to $300 million in total volume. She also worked as an operating partner for a $150 million private equity fund focused on building startups across Southeast Asia, and she holds three patents related to user data-augmented algorithms for financial inclusion. Iyer earned a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Engineering from the University of Sydney. Her current focus centers on leveraging data science and venture capital to scale emerging fintech ecosystems.
