Maciek Gnutek

Maciek Gnutek is an Investor and Partner at Credo Ventures based in Kraków, Poland, where he focuses on early-stage technology investments across Central and Eastern Europe. Alongside partners Jakub Krikava and Jan Habermann, he currently leads investments out of the firm's $88 million Fund V, which follows a previous €75 million fourth fund. Before joining Credo Ventures in 2021, Gnutek spent five years evaluating early-stage deals at Innovation Nest, a pan-European venture capital firm targeting pre-seed B2B software startups in the United Kingdom, Poland, and the United States. He originally developed his foundational finance and business expertise while completing his undergraduate degree at the Cracow University of Economics. His current investment strategy centers on providing initial pre-seed capital to CEE diaspora founders building emerging companies in the fintech, cryptocurrency, and enterprise software sectors.
