Maciej Dąbrowski

Maciej Dąbrowski is the Managing Partner at Innovation Nest, an early-stage venture capital firm based in Warsaw, Mazovia, Poland. In this capacity, he directs investments in pre-seed and seed-stage technology startups across Europe, managing an active portfolio of over 50 companies that features notable ventures such as Booksy and DocPlanner. Recently, he spearheaded a €20 million fundraise in 2025 to support Central and Eastern European technology enterprises and co-authored a comprehensive Q1 2026 report on regional venture capital trends. Prior to his current position, Dąbrowski held investment advisory roles at MCI Capital, co-founded Startup Weekend Warsaw, and earned his academic degrees in economics and management from the SGH Warsaw School of Economics. His current focus centers on scaling early-stage software-as-a-service, financial technology, climate tech, and artificial intelligence startups through strategic venture funding and dedicated operational mentorship.
