Luofei Chen

Luofei Chen is the co-founder and Chief Executive Officer of Oki, a software startup developing management interfaces for engineering leaders. Backed by the startup accelerator Y Combinator, the company provides specialized tools designed to track project progress and evaluate team performance metrics across technical departments. Chen graduated from the Management, Entrepreneurship, and Technology program at UC Berkeley, earning two distinct bachelor's degrees in Business and Mechanical Engineering. Prior to launching his current enterprise, he won a Techstars Startup Weekend competition in Vancouver by developing an early-stage audio-to-sheet music application. He previously collaborated to build a peer-to-peer rental web platform for consumer travel equipment and registered a non-profit organization focused on youth entrepreneurship education. His diverse academic background combines early mechanical engineering expertise with a current professional focus on building scalable software solutions for technical team management.
