Lukas Vollmer

Lukas Vollmer is the Co-Founder and Chief Technology Officer of Uplane, an artificial intelligence advertising startup based in San Francisco, California. Founded in 2025 alongside Marvin Abdel-Massih and Julius Körfgen, the seven-person company recently joined the Y Combinator Fall 2025 batch to develop automated performance marketing systems. Prior to launching Uplane, Vollmer served as Head of Product at Fastgen, another Y Combinator-backed technology enterprise, and worked as Lead Software Engineer at Blair. During his tenure at Blair, he engineered scalable financial platforms responsible for processing more than $100 million in total student financing transactions. With over fifteen years of software engineering experience, including a previous venture as Co-Founder of WILM&CO, his current professional focus centers on building scalable zero-to-one AI platforms that fully automate digital ad creation, landing page generation, and complex campaign budget allocation.
