Lukas Kaminskis

Lukas Kaminskis currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Turing School, an educational technology organization focused on software engineering instruction and technical talent pipeline development that he has led since 2017. His career in the technology education sector began early, as he founded and operated his first independent coding bootcamp at the age of 16. Building upon this foundational experience in alternative education models, Kaminskis transitioned into formal higher education by age 22, accepting a position as a lecturer in software engineering at ISM International University. In his ongoing efforts to advance technical training methodologies, he collaborates directly with the Harvard CS50 team and various academic professionals to design and implement new educational technology initiatives. His current focus remains centered on scaling coding bootcamps and advancing workforce development programs within the broader software engineering ecosystem.
