Luis Olave

Luis Olave is the CEO of Olave Consulting, an independent strategy and management advisory firm based in Miami, Florida. He began his early career in institutional finance on Wall Street, working directly on the equities and commodities trading floors of the New York Stock Exchange and Cantor Fitzgerald. Olave initially studied finance at Rutgers University before subsequently earning an MBA with a concentration in International Business from Georgetown University. Prior to establishing his independent consulting practice in 2008, he founded multiple private companies and guided them through various acquisitions and corporate exits. His current advisory work spans operations, sales, marketing, and financial strategy for small businesses operating across the biotechnology, e-commerce, and gaming sectors. Olave currently focuses on providing comprehensive management consulting services to help founders navigate complex operational challenges and scale their growing enterprises.
