Luis Felipe Franco

Luis Felipe Franco is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Vendah, a technology startup based in São Paulo, Brazil. He brings over 13 years of operational and leadership experience across the Latin American technology and consumer sectors, specializing in startup ecosystem development and corporate scaling. Prior to establishing his current venture, Franco created and directed Scale-up Endeavor during his tenure at Endeavor Brazil, ultimately expanding the initiative into the largest startup acceleration program in the Latin American region. Following his work in entrepreneurship acceleration, he transitioned to the direct-to-consumer retail space to successfully lead growth and customer acquisition strategies for Sallve, a prominent Brazilian digital beauty and cosmetics brand. Today, his professional focus remains centered on driving technological transformation, executing high-growth commercial strategies, and building highly scalable business models within rapidly emerging regional markets.
