Luigi Bajetti

Luigi Bajetti is the Founder and Managing Partner of Lombardstreet Ventures in Menlo Park, California. Before transitioning to venture capital in 2013, he spent 25 years as a serial entrepreneur, launching Italy's primary internet service provider and working within his family's industrial business, the Lucchini Group. He also built a file transfer solution acquired by the Asboroni Group and completed a venture capital specialization at the UC Berkeley Haas School of Business. Through Lombardstreet Ventures, Bajetti writes initial checks averaging $500,000 and has invested in over 50 startups with a combined valuation exceeding $30 billion. His active portfolio features nine unicorns and prominent technology companies such as Notion and Boom Supersonic, frequently investing alongside Y Combinator.
