Ludovic Granger

Ludovic Granger is the Co-founder and Chief Executive Officer of Leadbay, an artificial intelligence-driven predictive prospecting platform designed for business-to-business sales teams. Since establishing the startup in August 2023, he has guided Leadbay into the Y Combinator Fall 2025 batch and developed a proprietary AI model trained on interviews with 200 sales representatives. Prior to his current venture, Granger served as the Head of Ventures at the European accelerator Inovexus, where he successfully built and managed a network of 300 sales professionals. His earlier corporate background includes operations experience at LVMH Fragrances and Cosmetics, alongside earning a Master's degree in Finance from the IÉSEG School of Management. Granger currently focuses on leveraging artificial intelligence to optimize early-stage venture acceleration and automate sales prospecting for small and medium-sized businesses operating within low-data industries like construction and hospitality.
